Feet problems? any help?

my mother has a problem with her toe. the second one is really sensitive, and begins to send shocks and it feels like its burning when she exercises extensively. when she went to the doctor before, he told her it was a form of fungus, and that they have to remove the nail. when it begins to hurt, a form of blister causes the nail to rise from the inside and pushes it out, so the visible nail is all hollow from the inside, she began to cut it off so that only the skin below is visible. she went back to the doctor and they said they dont know what it is, does anyone have any idea what this might be?

thank you:)

Answers:

maybe she has winter toes? I translated it from dutch but I think you call it chilblains or something in english?

it makes your toes very sensitive and stingy and stuff.. And red and even blue, it makes your toenails weak. And when you hit your toe you experience extreme pains. And when you walk it even hurts.

you can look it up so you can see for yourself if this may be the problem?
