Please Help... Does anyone know why my toe nails are growing far down into the corners of my feet?
I hope I make sense. I had my baby about 5 months ago and ever since I have been having problems with my toe nails. They seem to be growing too far down.. And I cut them straight on the sides they hurt so much. After I cut them they are fine for a bout two months but then they keep growing farther down inside the corners causing my toes to swell and pain comes I can't step because it hurts. Is this a fungus? Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I prevent this from happening all the time? I appreciate the answers

I have the same problem. I asked the doctor about it and they said that some people are just prone to it. They told me to were lose shoes, lose socks and to cut my nails straight across.

You could try getting a pedicure. They will chop up your toenails and make them nice again. :)
This happens to me so I started going to a nail salon and I get pedicures because I cannot seem to take care of this myself. The lady I go to got the nail out and now just maintains my feet and I have not had any issues. It is not a fungus but could cause an infection. Once that happens you will need to go to the Dr to have them numb your toe and cut the nail out which I heard is very painful. Best of luck :- 0
