Question about toe nail fungus?
All of the toe nails on my left foot have been overtaken by fungus. They are thick, scaly, yellow/greenish, and smell like death. I tried to call a foot doctor, but he wouldn't see me because I don't have insurance. The thing is-Open toe sandal/flip flop season is coming up. Wondering if I used a pliars to carefully remove all my nails, if they would grow back fungus free? I have at least 4 months until sandal season so I figure they'll grow back in time. Just want to make sure the new nails wont be covered in oozing, nasty fungus. Thanks!!!

how about going to a non emergency care center ? fungus takes a long time to get rid of and removing all your toenails is not recommended
You should go to a primary care doctor some of them will give you a strong medication to kill the fungus. Make sure they also draw your blood to make sure the medication does not damage your organs like the liver or kidneys cause some fungus killing meds are really strong. They usually draw your blood every three months and the medication last about 6 months im not sure but ask around and find a doctor that gives medication. You dont always have to see a foot doctor for that unless you need them removed. Your fungal infection most likely is in your blood system so you will need to take meds by mouth. Please dont take your toenails off yourself because you might make it worst and then you wont have toes to put sandals on.

I went to get my nails done and if you're a guy just tell them you want a clear coat or something? Lol. And then I started applying a treatment for the fungus around my skin and in the crease of my nail. I don't remember what it's called though. Sorry.
my suggesting would be getting as much information as you can before taking any action, here
