Well, it's homeopathic, with all ingredients very, very dilute. I doubt it will do anything. But there are OTC medications for nail fungus supported by evidence and clinical data. Give something like Lamisil a try. If it doesn't work or you have any concerns, ask a pharmacist for suggestions.
