5. Give up nail polish and synthetic nails. A well-polished fingernails or using artificial nails are quite alluring to conceal your nail fungus. It is not advisable though because it can only block air from coming in and can aggravate your fungal infection.
6. Wash your hands. It is very important that you should immediately wash your hands if you have directly contracted contaminated nails. Nail fungus can easily contaminate every nails that has touched it.
7. Use alcohol. Isopropyl or ethyl alcohol will help wash off microbes you may have acquired throughout the day. Make sure that you use it every time you deal with some sort of dirty activities.
